If you cant make it, the recording will be published on the Agile Data N’ Info substack after the live session.
Why Chris Gambill?
As I thought about who I wanted to ask to be part of the AURA foursome I came up with 3 things that I thought were important:
They needed to be experts in multiple steps in the Information Value Stream.
This will allows us to jump all over the place, depending on what is interesting that week/month.They needed to be active Data Practitioners.
They needed to be on the field so to speak, doing the work as much as they talk about the work. Not people that just talk and post about it and never actually do it.They needed to follow the Sharing is Caring principle.
They need to be actively sharing what they know, it means they think about what they are doing, what they are seeing, what they are experimenting with, and can articulate it with a sense of clarity. that will just make better conversations and hopefully better answers.
Chris Gambill matches all these 3 things, and then some.
You can read his awesome content here:
Each of the AURA foursome are Data Practitioners whose expertise and content I highly rate. They are people I love talking to.
The AURA Session Format
AURA is aimed at working Data Practitioners who are tired of polished webinars and want the real, in-the-weeds conversation, where the live audience sets the agenda and the unedited recording gets published afterwards
Data Practitioners get to ask us questions and we will try to answer them.
There is no agenda, each of the AURA foursome have “a very particular set of skills, skills they have acquired over a very long career …”, the live audience will drive the focus of the conversations.
If the room goes quiet, we will just chat amongst ourselves about what we see is actually happening in the data world right now and what we each worked on and wrestled with last month.
Come join us
It might be quite the ride!
